Tyler founded Tuxedo Landscaping in 2016, turning a lifelong career in the green industry into a company built on quality, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship. With hands on experience spanning his entire career, Tyler brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for creating outdoor spaces that clients can truly enjoy.

Beyond the job site, Tyler is committed to giving back to the community by donating his time and resources to local causes. When he’s not working, he enjoys camping with his family, hiking, and spending as much time outdoors as possible, values that naturally align with his love for landscaping and the outdoors.

Ares joined Team Tuxedo in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in the green industry. He powered through the ranks, starting at crew member, he quickly made his way to crew lead, and now is our Operations Manager. Ares leads our hardscape install crew, while also overseeing the day-to-day operations of our maintenance crews.

When he is not at work, Ares enjoys fishing and spending time with his dog, Lance.

Keith serves as the Office Manager at Tuxedo Landscaping and brings his career experience, mostly from the green industry. With a strong background and a wealth of knowledge in the landscaping field, Keith plays a key role in keeping operations organized, while ensuring customers receive informed, dependable service.

Outside of the office, Keith enjoys spending time with his family, camping, and putting his creativity to use through woodworking. His attention to detail and passion for quality carry through both his profession and personal passions.

Matt joined Team Tuxedo at the beginning of 2025 and serves as one of our Mow Crew Leaders. He oversees mowing operations at both our commercial and residential sites. Matt also plays a key role in managing our Spring and Fall cleanups, and snow and ice management in the Winter. Matt’s reliability and attention to detail help ensure properties are maintained to the highest standards our clients expect year-round.

Outside of work, Matt enjoys riding motorcycles, and spending time with his wife, daughter and his dogs.

Dominic joined Team Tuxedo in 2025, and serves as our General Maintenance Crew Leader. He oversees a wide range of services including pruning, weeding, mulching, brush removal and softscapes ensuring each property is maintained with care, and precision. Well versed in the landscape field, Dominic brings strong hands on experience and a passion for running heavy equipment.

Outside of work, Dominic enjoys hunting, barbequing, and spending time out on the lake.

Jacob has been a valued member of Team Tuxedo since 2022, and serves as our Hardscape crew member. He is well equipped to handle all aspects of landscaping and brings a versatile skill set to every project. Jacob also plays a key role in our snow and ice management operations, helping keep properties safe and accessible during the Winter months.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys playing baseball, and going on vacation with his family.

Kevin has been a valued member of Team Tuxedo since the beginning of 2024. Known for his versatility, he is able to step into multiple roles as needed and handle a wide range of tasks across our landscape maintenance operations. Kevin’s flexibility and strong work ethic make him an important part of keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly. During the Winter months, Kevin also runs one of our sidewalk crews, helping ensure properties remain safe and accessible.

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys riding four wheelers, and snowmobiles and spending time working on his farm.

Randy has been a valued member of Team Tuxedo since 2023 and serves as a Mow Crew Member. During the Summer season, he works on our mowing crew, while in the Spring and Fall he assists with seasonal cleanups. In the Winter months, Randy helps keep properties safe by clearing sidewalks as part of our snow and ice management operations.

Outside of work, Randy enjoys spending time with his family and attending Nascar events.
